For the past several years, Skyview Media has had the privilege of documenting the construction of HELIX H-1 in New Brunswick, New Jersey from the very beginning. From the first stages of site work and groundbreaking to the completed building standing over downtown New Brunswick, we’ve been there to capture every major milestone along the way.
Watching a project evolve over multiple years is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. Looking back through thousands of photos and hours of video, it’s incredible to see just how much has changed—not only on the site itself, but throughout the surrounding Innovation District.
About the Project
HELIX H-1 is the first completed building within the New Jersey Health + Life Science Exchange (HELIX), a transformative development bringing together healthcare, research, education, and innovation in the heart of New Brunswick.
The building will serve as a hub for research, technology, and collaboration, helping position New Brunswick as one of the country’s leading centers for life sciences and medical innovation.
