Aerial Video for a Jersey Shore Listing
For this listing in Manasquan along the Jersey Shore, Diane Turton reached out to us looking for some help with one of their properties. This New Jersey property was different from the rest. There was nothing particularly “exciting” about this property, as it was simply an empty lot. They reached out to us to see how we could bring some life to the listing. After looking into the address of the property, and especially after noticing the lot was only a few blocks from the beach, we recommended an Aerial Video for the lot. This would allow their potential clients to see the location of the lot and the surrounding area (especially the proximity to the beach!). The property sat a few blocks from Manasquan Inlet, beach, and bay area. From a boring lot to an engaging and informative video, the property was sold and taken off the market! Mission accomplished.

This can make it difficult to get good exterior photos of the property without a drone. Drones allow you to achieve beautiful exterior photos from a nice vantage point.
